Walkthrough of the Process

Before starting your application, a pre-application process is required with an officer from the Malta Gaming Authority where all the necessary documents should be presented and a ‘Fit and Proper Test’ is carried out.

If successful, all necessary documentation and information needs to be submitted to the MGA. Due diligence checks are carried out as well as an in-depth examination of the operational and statutory requirements.
