Walkthrough of the Process
1 Application Evaluation
Before starting your application, a pre-application process is required with an officer from the Malta Gaming Authority where all the necessary documents should be presented and a ‘Fit and Proper Test’ is carried out.
2 Paperwork Submission
If successful, all necessary documentation and information needs to be submitted to the MGA. Due diligence checks are carried out as well as an in-depth examination of the operational and statutory requirements.
3 MGA Assessment
In the final stage of the process the applicant is required to implement and test the operation onto a technical environment. A system audit will then be carried out to ensure operations are running as proposed in the application.
